Vineyard: It is extended in the South-eastern slopes of mountain "Vermion", in the region Strantza Naoussas, in altitude of 250 metres
Territory: Area hilly with ground sand clay
Microclimate: It is characterized by the cold northern winds, that blown the winter, as well as from abundant rainfalls, that are marked at all the duration of time, apart from the summertime’s months, at which is often observed drought
Vintage: After the 20th of September
Vinification: Produced by the classic method of red vinification and the must remains in the grape residue for extraction for approximately 30 hours. The alcohol fermentation occurs slowly and is interrupted before its completion
Bottling: In the company's winery in Strantza, Naoussa
Annual production in bottles: 2.000
Organoleptic characteristics: Rosewood color, flowers and strawberry aromas and taste strong and balanced. Served at 8 - 10 ° C
Alcohol: 12,0 - 12,5% vol
Sugar levels : 6,0 - 8,0gr/l
Total acidity : 5,6 - 6,2gr/l
