Microclimate: It is characterized by the cold northern winds, that blown the winter, as well as from abundant rainfalls, that are marked at all the duration of time, apart from the summertime’s months, at which is often observed drought

Vinification: Roditis produced by the classic method of white vinification and Xinomavro by the method ¨Blanc de Noir¨ at temperatures of fermentation around 15 - 18° C
Bottling: In the company's winery in Strantza, Naoussa

Organoleptic characteristics: soft aroma and mild taste. Served at 8 - 10 ° C
Alcohol: 11,8 - 12,3% vol
