Vineyard: It is extended in the South-eastern slopes of mountain "Vermion", in the region Strantza Naoussas, in altitude of 250 metres
Territory: Area hilly with ground sand clay
Microclimate: It is characterized by the cold northern winds, that blown the winter, as well as from abundant rainfalls, that are marked at all the duration of time, apart from the summertime’s months, at which is often observed drought
Vintage: 1 - 10 September
Vinification: Produced by the classic red vinification method with temperatures of fermentation 28 - 30° C. The skins stay with the juice five days and then they separated through the wine presses. It matures in French oak barrels for 10 months
Bottling: In the company's winery in Strantza, Naoussa
Annual production in bottles: 5.000
Organoleptic characteristics: Deep red color, mature aromas of dried fruits and nuts and intensive flavor. with perceptible tannins that are pleasantly rounded in harmony with the notes of barrique. Susceptible to aging
Alcohol: 13,0 - 14,0% vol
Sugar levels : 1,8 - 2,2gr/l
Total acidity : 5,5 - 6,0gr/l
It perfectly accompanies: red meats, pasta with red salty sauces.
