Vineyard: It is extended in the South-eastern slopes of mountain "Vermion", in the region Strantza Naoussas, in altitude of 250 metres
Territory: Area hilly with ground sand clay
Microclimate: It is characterized by the cold northern winds, that blown the winter, as well as from abundant rainfalls, that are marked at all the duration of time, apart from the summertime’s months, at which is often observed drought
Vintage: 10 of September
Vinification: Produced by the classic method of white vinification with temperatures of fermentation around 15- 18° C. Matured for 6 months in French oak barrels
Bottling: In the company's winery in Strantza, Naoussa
Annual production in bottles: 9.000
Organoleptic characteristics: Yellow color, rich aromas, high alcohol and full of flavor with a strong aftertaste. Aging is possible for 2 - 4 years
Alcohol: 12,8- 13,5% vol
Sugar levels : 1,8 -2,5gr/l
Total acidity : 4,8 - 5,3gr/l
It perfectly accompanies: Fish, risotto and light curry dishes or Chinese
