Vineyard: It is extended in the South-eastern slopes of mountain "Vermion", in the region Strantza Naoussas, in altitude of 250 metres
Territory: Area hilly with ground sand clay
Microclimate: It is characterized by the cold northern winds, that blown the winter, as well as from abundant rainfalls, that are marked at all the duration of time, apart from the summertime’s months, at which is often observed drought
Vintage: 25 - 30 of August
Vinification: Produced by the classic method of white vinification and fermented at low temperatures (15 - 18° C).
Bottling: In the company's winery in Strantza, Naoussa
Annual production in bottles: 30.000
Organoleptic characteristics: It combines a vivid aroma with a mild harmonious flavour
Alcohol: 12,2 - 12,6% vol
Sugar levels : 5,0 - 6,0gr/l
Total acidity : 5,0 - 5,5gr/l


It perfectly accompanies: Light dishes, seafood, season’s fruits
